Every event at Landmark is handled by an experienced coordinator who takes our customers through their event journey. From food tastings to finalizing the finishing touches, you can rely on us to make sure every detail is handled perfectly. We offer basic planning services, including event schedule planning and floor planning, as a part of every Landmark event. We also offer day-of coordination, as well as partial planning services for an additional fee.

Trust us to plan your event from start to finish! Our experienced Venue Coordinators will assist you throughout the planning process to ensure all of your details are planned flawlessly. Your event will get passed to our trusted Event Leads, who will execute your event without a hitch!

Remember, if you’re planning a wedding, a Day Of Coordinator (not included) is required to be onsite! We highly recommend hiring us to be there on the day-of so you can relax and enjoy your day. View our pricing below!

Venue Rental Includes:

Dedicated venue expert
Access to our exclusive recommended vendor list
Two, one hour planning meetings
- Initial virtual details meeting (6 months out)
- Final in-person details meeting (1 month out)
Complimentary attendance to one monthly group tasting
Menu guidance and creation
Create event timeline/itinerary
Generate ceremony and reception floor plans

Package Upgrade Includes:
All Venue Coordinator responsibilities plus,

An additional planning meeting (3 months out)
8 hours of on-site coordination from opening the venue until your first dance
Set up decor such as guest book, place cards, signage, table numbers, centerpieces, etc.
Manage vendor load in and set up
Coordinate ceremony rehearsal
Coordinate with DJ/musicians to cue ceremony
Oversee event timeline and communicate changes with all vendors

DAY OF COORDINATOR

$2,450 (beginning 6 months out from wedding day)

Our Day-of Coordination package allows you to seamlessly hand over the reins on the big day. Let your detailed planning blend harmoniously with our expertise, ensuring you can savor every moment of your hard work.

PARTIAL PLANNER

$4,950 (beginning 10 months out from wedding day)

Based on your Pinterest “Wedding Board”, you know your vision but need a little help bringing it to life? Our Partial Planning Package is the answer to your prayers. Enjoy all the perks of a Day-of Coordinator, plus our invaluable guidance in creating a vision board, choosing a color palette and designing a tablescape. Your vision, our expertise – a perfect match!

Package Upgrade Includes:
All Venue Coordinator & Day of Coordinator responsibilities plus,

An additional design meeting (held at a CORT Party Rental showroom)
10 hours of on-site coordination from opening the venue until vendor departure
Tear down and packing up decor such as guest book, place cards, signage, table numbers, centerpieces, etc.
Manage vendor tear down and load out
Coordination of all specialty rentals such as tabletop, glassware, and linen upgrades
Pinterest collaboration
Creation of vision board and color palette
