MARKETING DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, traditional, events) to drive leads and engagement, coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, website) to generate inbound leads, track KPIs, and adjust tactics for better ROI.
  • Creative Oversight & Collateral Management: Write briefs, manage content creation, and oversee graphic design to ensure all collateral is on-brand.
  • Social Media & Content Marketing: Develop engaging social media content, manage the content calendar, and optimize for performance and engagement.
  • Event Marketing & Partnerships: Plan and execute marketing for trade shows, events, and industry partnerships, integrating with digital and content strategies.
  • Budgeting, Analytics & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget, analyze performance metrics, and report insights on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, and creative direction.
  • Ability to coordinate resources (internal, contractors, agencies) to achieve marketing goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Venue Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies for venue bookings and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships for repeat business. Conduct venue tours, negotiate contracts, and adjust strategies based on market trends.
  • Client Relations & Contract Management: Manage client inquiries and customize event packages. Resolve concerns promptly and implement feedback systems. Oversee event planning and execution when needed.
  • Venue Operations & Maintenance: Ensure venue maintenance with the facilities department. Oversee cleaning schedules and address operational issues. Maintain equipment inventory and communicate needs.
  • Venue Coordinator Management: Supervise and train the Venue Coordinator, ensuring effective coordination. Collaborate on event planning, logistics, and task delegation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in venue sales or event management.
  • Strong sales, communication, and event planning skills.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, event management systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage teams.

Catering Sales manager

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong relationships with local venues, wedding planners and other industry professionals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless event execution; run weekly tastings for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique vision, preferences, and requirements for their events; create customized proposals that align with the client’s vision while showcasing the company’s offerings.

Event manager

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address pre-booking and post-booking inquiries promptly while ensuring a seamless booking process for new clients.
  • Take charge of scheduling planning meetings, meticulously covering essential aspects such as floor plans, timelines, and catering details for each event.
  • Participate in quarterly open houses, arrange private tastings, and provide insights into Landmark Catering offerings.
  • Collect upcoming payments and event details on time, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
  • Manage event rental orders, collaborate with leadership for procurement, and oversee overall equipment and supply needs.
  • All other duties as assigned based on the needs of the client and team.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of event coordination and/or catering experience.
  • Demonstrated time and calendar management skills with the ability to multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; works well under pressure and thrives on meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with high proficiency in Google Suite; experience with HubSpot and/or CaterEase software programs is a plus.
  • An in-depth understanding of catering and event execution processes.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for successful event execution.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, team metrics, and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in event planning, with expertise in weddings and corporate events.
  • 2+ years managing teams, with proven leadership abilities.
  • Proficient with project management and CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Strong sales experience and ability to exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in event planning software and CRM programs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
