Your team runs the mission. We run the night
A gala has one job: to raise money for the mission. Everything else, from the welcome reception to dessert, exists to put donors in the right frame of mind when the ask comes. We've built our gala service around that.
One booking covers the venue, Herban Feast catering, the bar, staging, lighting and AV. Your Landmark coordinator writes the run of show with your team, so your staff and board can spend the evening with donors instead of managing vendors.
How we run a gala
Planned around the program, not the kitchen
Every gala follows a script: remarks, the mission video, dinner, the ask, the live auction. We build service around that script, so nothing interrupts a speaker and every table is ready when the paddles go up.

Your coordinator cues every course, toast and transition around speeches, videos and awards, and keeps the night on schedule.
02 · The dinner
Plated service, timed to the ask
Herban Feast serves plated courses on cue, so tables are cleared and guests are listening when the auctioneer takes the stage.
03 · The production
Stage, screens and sound, in-house
Our lighting and AV team runs the microphones, slides, videos and stage lighting, from the first welcome to the final paddle.
04 · The crowd
Hundreds of guests, one timeline
Venues that hold up to 1,500 guests, with bars, service staff and timing planned around every seat.
For nonprofits
More of every ticket goes to the mission
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations get terms built for fundraising budgets and RSVP lists that move until the last week.
Nonprofit menus and pricing
Herban Feast offers menus and discounts made for nonprofit events. Ask us for the nonprofit menu when you tour.
Donated wine, beer and kegs
Bring donated bottles and kegs, and our licensed bartenders will pour them for your guests. Corkage is waived for nonprofits, apart from a nominal fee required by law.
A guest count that can still move
Adjust your count until 14 days out. The final number isn't due until 7 days before the event.
