Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM at least 48 business hours before delivery
During high volume periods, we may stop accepting orders before the deadline. We recommend ordering 7-10 business days in advance

Orders can be canceled any time, however, orders canceled within 7 days will be will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service price. Please email X@landmarkeventco.com

We offer direct billing for select organizations, approved credit application on file with Herban Feast required
In the event of any unpaid charges post-event, payment due within 7 days. A valid credit card will be held on file for non-payment scenarios and charged automatically at 7 days post-event
Checks payable to: Landmark Event Co. (NEED ADDRESS FOR BANKING) – I would suggest we do not take checks, and only allow card payments or have people connect about POs
Cutlery, flatware and serve containers are disposable and complimentary. Upgraded china and serveware options available for an upcharge and pickup fee
