ABOUT THE FREMONT FOUNDRY
The Fremont Foundry was built by artist Peter Bevis as a working foundry and artist commune, and it’s the birthplace of some of Seattle’s most recognized public art, including the Jimi Hendrix statue installed on Capital Hill. That creative, hands-on energy still runs through the building today, just one block off Fremont’s main drag.
Landmark Event Co. hosts weddings, corporate events and celebrations across the Foundry’s courtyard, rooftop terrace, and grand rooms which include a glass dance floor suspended over the original foundry works below. The space seats 225 for a reception and holds up to 850 standing, with a penthouse and multiple breakout spaces.
