Explore the hand-painted murals, fireplaces, intimate spaces and unique character that make every celebration at The Ruins unforgettable.
The Ruins is a historic wedding and event venue in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood, established as an exclusive private dining club renowned for its opulent décor and secretive allure. For over two decades it hosted lavish dinners within its 11,000-square-foot space, featuring hand-painted murals, eclectic art collections and unique antiques, including a life-size animatronic elephant from the 1931 Paris World Exhibition.
Now managed by Landmark Event Co., The Ruins hosts weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations across five distinct spaces: a dining room with a grand fireplace and a wall of French doors that open onto the atrium, a ballroom crowned by six gold-and-crystal chandeliers and a mural of hidden Pacific Northwest creatures, a moody lounge, a dimly lit courtyard and a secret library. It seats 150 for a reception and holds 300 standing.
