  • Fox Hollow farm was once a family equestrian center. 
  • Issaquah Creek, running behind the property, is a popular salmon spawning location in the late summer and fall. 
  • The manor was built in 1942, but prior to this stately home, the homestead on the property was located just west of the stables, a structure you can still find on the property today.

About the hollow fox property

HOUSE RULES:

A friendly reminder 

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the manor or anywhere on Fox Hollow property. 

No Parties: Parties are not permitted on the property unless previously arranged with Landmark Event co. 

No Pets: Only service animals are allowed inside the manor. 

Quiet Time: Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm. 

Please Recycle: Help us help the planet by recycling trash. Please use the blue bins 

Fireplace: Please do not turn on the fireplaces or use outside fire pits without proper approval 

GETTING COMFORTABLE:

Below are helpful tips and instructions on how to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Lighting: The main house light panel is located in the stairwell to the basement. House on, will turn on throughout the manor. Individual panels are located in each room. 

TV: The smart TV is located off of the kitchen. It is already connected to the internet. You will need to put your credentials in the apps (hulu/netflix) 

Laundry: The laundry room is located on the basement level. The standard cycle takes about 45 mins for washing and 45 for drying. 

Trash: Please place all trash in appropriate bins. We recycle so please be mindful of which trash bin you use.
