ABOUT SODO PARK
SoDo Park is a century-old manufacturing space in the heart of Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood. Its bones remain on full display: exposed timber beams, a soaring, cathedral-like ceiling, and an open-plan floor built for scale and celebration.
Landmark Event Co. hosts weddings, corporate galas and nonprofit fundraisers across more than 12,000 square feet, including a refinished upstairs loft with its own distinct character. The main floor seats 300 for a reception and holds up to 500 standing, with climate-controlled, ADA-accessible space that flexes between a formal ballroom layout and a looser, lounge-style setup.
