Wild king salmon, local oysters and Northwest morels from one farm-to-fork kitchen, plated, passed or carved from the first bite to the last course.
Feeding a crowd is easy. Feeding a crowd the way a great restaurant feeds a table of four is the hard part, and it is what we do best. Since 1999, Herban Feast has brought the Pacific Northwest to the table: wild king salmon, oysters on the half shell, Northwest morels and herbs from our garden at Fox Hollow Farm.
We've packaged dinner service to make planning easy. Pick a package, then choose your dishes from the menu. Buffet, family-style and plated dinners each come in three.
Everything a great dinner needs, from the first passed bite to the last plate.
An elevated selection of dishes to choose from, plus raw bar and seafood bites on plated menus.
Our most generous dinner: more hors d'oeuvres, soup and salad, and on plated menus an appetizer course and à la carte enhancements.
Hosted bars for up to four hours, with a complete non-alcoholic program included throughout. Pour Haviland house wines and beer, add signature cocktails, or go top shelf.
Finish with a champagne tower, welcome bubbles or tableside wine service.

Since joining us, he has rebuilt our culinary program from scratch: new sourcing, refined presentations and a more thoughtful progression through every course.
