Columbia Collective is a collection of 3 distinct event spaces; Haviland Tasting Room, Ballroom & Grand Lawn and the Barrel Room. You would have complete access to your specific space for 10 hours.

We have plenty of power available throughout the venue (with exclusion of the Grand Lawn), however we do not provide extension cords. If needed, please inquire about more detailed specifications regarding power sources/locations.
Yes! A sound system is included, and is set up to accommodate background music through an ipad/iphone/standard audio jack.
The Ballroom does have a built in motorized projector screen. We partner with wonderful A/V and lighting vendors to assist with a projector and any other needs you might have!
Amplified music must be turned off outside by 10pm. However, the party and music can continue indoors!
Yes, with the exception on the Grand Lawn! Candles must have a votive or glass container around it. LED candles are required if the candles are being placed on the floor or being used on the lawn..
Yes, we have fully zoned heat and A/C throughout the building.
We have enough parking for approximately 140 vehicles. We also work with Butler Valet for any shuttle, valet, or parking attendant services you may be interested in as well. Ask your Venue Coordinator to get contact and pricing information!
Yes! Pets are welcome during preliminary photo times and during your ceremony. Please ensure your pets get picked up and cared for once any food service begins. Service pets are welcome all night long!
The Grand Lawn has a great backup option should inclement weather arise on your big day. The Ballroom can be set up to host your ceremony inside with cocktail hour moving outside under our covered courtyard. The Barrel Room is already an all indoor venue!
No, all furniture, with the exception of the outdoor furniture listed on the equipment list, are stationary and do not move around the property.
